A gentle first visit so your young fur baby meets the spa on easy, magical terms. Book once your puppy has their first recommended vet shots.

We keep notes and photos so we can fine-tune every visit. If you get home and want a change, contact us right away and bring your pet back at no extra charge to make it right.

Owner & Head Groomer
With over 20 years of grooming experience and a history of owning dog spas from Vancouver Island to Alberta, Kate specializes in dogs with behavioral challenges or past trauma. She partners with each owner on a personalized plan so every fur baby feels safe, understood, and at home.
Mandy
Spa Manager & Dog Walking Supervisor
Mandy keeps the dogs happy and the one-on-one care running smoothly, making sure every dog is comfortable and gets plenty of breaks. She also manages dog walking, at the spa and in clients' homes.
Kyla
Groomer
Four years of grooming experience, a diploma in Animal Care Technology, and Fear Free certification. Kyla has a soft spot for herding breeds, and her approach is rooted in patience, care, and respect.
Payton
Groomer
Two years of grooming experience and a certificate in Pet Grooming. Known for a calm, quiet presence, Payton dreams of creative fancy clips and hair dye styles.
