With over 20 years of grooming experience and a history of owning dog spas from Vancouver Island to Alberta, Kate brings a wealth of knowledge and compassion to Fur Baby Spa. She specializes in working with dogs who have behavioral challenges or have experienced trauma—believing every dog deserves patient, loving care. Kate partners with each owner to develop a personalized plan, helping every fur baby feel safe, understood, and truly at home. Her dedication to the well-being and comfort of every pup is at the heart of everything Fur Baby Spa stands for.

Mandy - Dog Walking & Care Supervisor

Mandy helps to keep the dogs happy and the one-one care running smoothly, making sure every dog in the spa is comfortable and gets plenty of breaks. As the manager of dog walking services for Fur Baby Spa clients, Mandy provides care both at the spa and in clients’ homes. Her ability to handle a wide variety of pups with love and attention ensures every fur baby is treated as if they were her own.

Kyla - Groomer

With four years of grooming experience and a diploma in Animal Care Technology, Kyla brings both expertise and compassion to every appointment. As a Fear Free Certified professional, she’s committed to making each session as calm and stress-free as possible. Kyla has a special soft spot for herding breeds—she even shares her life with one! Her approach is rooted in patience, care, and respect, ensuring every dog feels safe and loved.

Payton - Groomer

With two years of grooming experience and a certificate in Pet Grooming, Payton is dedicated to learning and growing in the craft. Payton dreams of specializing in creative “fancy clips” and hair dye styles. Known for a calm and quiet demeanor, Payton’s peaceful energy is felt by every dog she works with, making grooming sessions comfortable and stress-free.

Kendra - Bath & Dog Care Attendant/Dog Walker

Kendra’s lifelong love for animals shines through in everything she does. As a bather and dog care attendant, she creates a calm and positive experience for every fur baby. Kendra is passionate about ongoing education and mentorship, always striving for growth in her role. Her gentle touch and positive attitude help every dog feel at ease in the spa.
